one day late, but my gift to the board.

I went out for a little fun on a skidoo today, and managed to get this picture (along with about 20 more of the nice guy)

And since I'm in the holiday mood I've decided to make the full sized image (with my watermark) available here.
Not for commercial use without my written permission of course

Really cool eagle shot stu! He doesn't look happy at having his picture taken though.

Be careful...

Great shot Stu!! I really liked it.. I almost would rather have a crop closeup of the eagle..

I would be careful I was you though... he doesn't look very happy.. He might of thought you lens was a lunch or something.. lol

I wasn't too worried about him, although the friend I was with didn't think I could possibly get as close as I did to him
The way that I look at it, unless he's guarding a nest which isn't too likely this time of year he'll probably fly off before attacking. And I was hoping on getting a picture of him in flight anyways
Although he never took off, so I didn't get it

That's a really good idea JC. The next time that I want an eagle to fly I might be able to entice it with something furry
