Enoeske cool interior shot.
Wow...PPG is on a roll lately I've never had so many +'s and so fast!

Latest as of today:

They seem to like the rural Alberta shots I've done in the last couple of weeks. Thanks again to all the thumbs uppers who helped get them in.

Thanks Lisa. And congrats on yours too. Although, and no offense intended, but that one would have gotten a no from me, your horizon on the right seems to be off a bit.

Congrats MacGirl. Nice feeling when you get the first one accepted, isn't it?

Thanks....just as an FYI, this was leveled in camera (K7) and then again in LR. According to both it is level. I can assure you that make every effort to level my images prior to submitting images on PPG.
I again attempted to level it in LR and according to LR it is level.

I know you check and double check for horizon tilt. That's why I was surprised this one looked off to me. Looking closer at this morning, I see what threw me off. It's the little bit of mountain? rising up on the left side just above the land. I need new glasses. Some things even in my photos are not right, then I post them here and everyone says it's in focus or straight. I'm using a pair of strictly readers, where further away objects I can see, but up close, I have to squint to see what is what. LOL

My latest

I 've not been having the time to submit on a regular basis but checked now and seems some "oldies" got in.

I'm at #233 now but deleted some and probably will be deleting more with new ones comming in.

Rense: wow, "standing Water" and "Fishing Boats" both really float my boat.

Jimbo - congrats on that milestone! and i knew that pic was a shoe-in.

MacGirl - congrats, what a wonderful image of a girl and her horse. Nice PP/film-like effects. (or maybe this is a film photo?)

Casil - the silhouette of the row of houses is so nice.

great job everyone!

Thank you Mike! Actually it's digital but it was a horrible color photo, very low light with those small barn windows to back light the subject (without me actually being in the stall with them). Lots of noise. I was just about ready to trash it but I loved the story it told so I tried PP'ing it to B&W and it was magic. I was very happy with the results and thrilled that it made the PPG cut.

Happy accidents are my favorites, they always tell the best stories.
