Hello all! I am going to make this a sticky post in hopes that I can get all of you who have submitted pictures to the Pentax Photo Gallery (PPG) and have had them accepted please post a couple of them here and please link back to your gallery so we can see your work. We have so many incredible photogs on this site I am curious to see what Pentax considers your best work.

Ash, very fine kit lens shots. Did you do those with the mirror lens. Freddy

Freddy, the mirror lens is an entity in itself, not an add-on. Those ones above were by the 18-55 WR. The mirror lens I have is the Tamron 500mm f/8 mirror lens model 55BB.

Wow, great shots from that kit lens. Beautiful compositions and interesting subject matter (the player and that unusual bass). Freddy

No problems with that Susan - I'm over 3 hours from any coastline and visit it quite infrequently, only spending 3 days there last holiday period.

And when you do have some to showcase, do share them in the Beach & Surf thematic thread.

And those surfing photos are cracking; not only perfect captures of the subjects but you nailed some beautiful backgrounds too. congrats!

I just checked and somehow managed to sneak three more in while the judges were sleeping:

Dew Drop

vivitar 90m/2.8 with Raynox 150

Gum Grove

Yup, that's the "Human Tornado" herself, spawn of former PFer igilligan.

Hummingbird

Just on a whim I submitted this one, one of the very first photos i took with my first DSLR (*istDL) and a cheap Quantaray zoom...and it got IN...that's right, my dinky little hummer is now displayed among the fine avian art of Mr Langille himself.
