Pentax Photo Gallery (PPG) entries
Posted By: Buddha Jones, 12-27-2007, 11:50 AM

Hello all! I am going to make this a sticky post in hopes that I can get all of you who have submitted pictures to the Pentax Photo Gallery (PPG) and have had them accepted please post a couple of them here and please link back to your gallery so we can see your work. We have so many incredible photogs on this site I am curious to see what Pentax considers your best work.

Thanks!

Evaluation process sure has sped up since a couple months ago. Put these in just a day or two ago:

As always nice pictures every one! I really like old structures, really like the B&W old church. I'd like to visit the UK to photograph those old medieval structures.

Got two more accepted

The review process sure goes faster now than it did when the gallery reopened. Three more in:

(I uploaded a borderless version of that last image for PPG per their rules, don't worry =P ).

This are three great additions to your PPG, v5planet. I had a look at your PPG - really great pictures. I love your star trail pics. How did you get the foreground so well exposed (especially in that you used for your avatar)?

Wow, 1 and 3 are fantastic. 2 on it's own would be great, too, but pales in comparison. That Seattle shot is wonderful!

I'm guessing one strobe burst during a long exposure should do the trick.

Nice shots V5planet, really love the Seattle Pano!

This one is a re-submission of one of the early acceptances. On that opportunity I changed the PP slightly as well as the size

Prieni -- I saw that third image on your PPG yesterday and felt my jaw going slack. It is an outstanding exposure, beautiful composition, colors, perfect detail. Really great image. Get that up on a wall.

A greed - a cracking image. Rather like the top one as well.

No new submissions but two of my more recent ones seem to have swapped from the Gallery to the Collection.
