Posted By: Buddha Jones, 12-27-2007, 11:50 AM

Hello all! I am going to make this a sticky post in hopes that I can get all of you who have submitted pictures to the Pentax Photo Gallery (PPG) and have had them accepted please post a couple of them here and please link back to your gallery so we can see your work. We have so many incredible photogs on this site I am curious to see what Pentax considers your best work.

Thanks!

out in the cold

I didn't really think this one will make it. I liked the idea, but I didn't think it's going to be technically good enough. But, sure enough as often with PPG, surprise surprise and "out in the cold" made it through as my 21st pic

I've been lacking the time to post here, sorry.
I'm refitting my gear so I'm more into editing then into shooting the last few weeks. I hope to change this soon.

I got some more in the last weeks with a good score.
Here they are:

Pelecanus onocrotalus
Evolution
Black Eyes
Faith
Black Buzzard Eagle

Amazing success there netuser, for good reason.

Well, I finally sneaked another one in to the PPG. I'm definitely going to have to step-up the number of images I try getting in... I average submitting an image once every 1/2 year or so.

Even tho I was using 600mm at the time, yes, he was very close. He walked right up-to and in-front-of our Land Rover. It always amazes how these guys don't just jump up on the Land Rovers, especially when the people on top are completely exposed, or with legs hanging off, or arms hanging out of the windows. Good thing they confuse us with being part of that big square beast. ...much too big to eat.

I can't even imagine getting that many in, I'm thrilled that I just passed the double digit mark, so congratulations on all your success. This is a stunning photo. I just love photos in the fog. Well done. I look forward to seeing all your photos. You should do a photography book.
