Posted By: Buddha Jones, 12-27-2007, 11:50 AM

Hello all! I am going to make this a sticky post in hopes that I can get all of you who have submitted pictures to the Pentax Photo Gallery (PPG) and have had them accepted please post a couple of them here and please link back to your gallery so we can see your work. We have so many incredible photogs on this site I am curious to see what Pentax considers your best work.

Thanks!

Wow, Jim, I had not peaked in your galleries for a while, I was overwhelmed by the amount of great photos you have in you own site and in PPG! Congrats!

I'm pretty excited on this one, it was my favorite image from Yellowstone and it was accepted into the Premier Collection. Thanks to all who voted.
Tom, that is truly a great photo! I love all about it, the mood , the composition and the lighting!

Great job, everyone, very appealing photos. Oula, I'm really glad that photo got in. It's one of my favorites that you've shot. And Iris, wonderful your man with the phone to his ear was accepted -- another favorite.

Neat shots Iris! Missed both in voting, but would have given them yes's for sure

I decided that I need to start shooting macro's a bit differently to build my PPG gallery. Since my pano and stacking software both strip EXIF date, I've decided that I need to take my normal stacked shots and if the subject is cooperative enough change the settings so I can get one shot with a larger F-stop for more DOF and post that for PPG. Stacked for forums/single for PPG.
Just about every macro I've taken in the last, oh who knows how many months, have been stacked so no macro PPG entries in a while from me

Thanks Tamia, Lisa, Georg for your nice comments.

Congratulations: Rense, I think the "morning face" is really cool, how did you shoot it?

Oula, beautiful shot, was he painting you taking his photo?

Iris, I think you should post them all, that is a pretty insect, and the phone guy is priceless, nice job.

Tom, well done on the statue, great lighting!

I got two more from Yellowstone in the Gallery today:
