Here is a link to my gallery photo´s : PentaxPhotoGallery ... I would like to get some comments on pictures, I really don´t know about some of the ones that got accepted earlier, to me it seems some of the sharpness or noise got worse viewing them in the gallery. I am thinking of throwing some out (and get some new ones in maybe).
Also, does any one here knows if there´s a spot on their website where they explain category requirements? Is a portrait of a dog or cat "nature" or "portraiture" and how do you pick where to put a black and white landscape... or an abstract nature etc. ? How do they compile this "premier" section?

I think you can only put one category on it - latest one in for me I could have had as a mono or a landscape but not both. I rather like that shot. Very nice placement. I've no idea how images are chosen for the Collection but I'm sure someone else will tell us.

Do you have the shot wide enough to get the tiles vertical? I do understand why you didn't get a lower viewpoint (might have earned you even more quirky looks).

Some amazing photos here! I really need to expand in my shooting, wildlife is great, but some of these architecture and "moody" landscape shots are outstanding.

Here's the latest photo accepted. This one took nearly 3 weeks, seems to be really slowing down.

Spent my last Christmas there.

I went 4 for 5 with my last batch. Oddly, the shot I thought was a gimme was declined, while the four weaker ones (to me) made it in.

This shot puzzles me. So many people I've shown it to love it, but to me it doesn't do anything. That said, I suppose it works for what I was trying to pull off (a somewhat amusing minimalist image).




Another minimalistic shot. Unlike the gulls, I really liked how this came out.




An oldie I stumbled over going through my old shots from when I was figuring out the K-x. I was surprised this one made it in.




And finally another one I was surprised made it in. I thought the grain would have doomed it.
