Pentax Photo Gallery (PPG) entries · **4 Likes**

Hello all! I am going to make this a sticky post in hopes that I can get all of you who have submitted pictures to the Pentax Photo Gallery (PPG) and have had them accepted please post a couple of them here and please link back to your gallery so we can see your work. We have so many incredible photogs on this site I am curious to see what Pentax considers your best work.

Four more for me. Not sure I much like the rainbow over Crater Lake; I have several others. This one didn't seem to upload very well.

Please forgive my ignorance, but I don't know what that means. In my neck of the woods PPG means Pittsburgh Paint and Glass.

If you do not know what PPG stands for, I'm betting these photos aren't in there. PPG is Pentax Photo Gallery and you can join for free, look down at the bottom of the page and in gray lettering you'll see "sign up" just click that and you enter your info, follow the steps, then after you've been accepted (they'll send you an email) you can start loading your own photos. Note they have to have been taken with a Pentax camera, but lens brands can be any brand. Btw, PPG is not affiliated with Pentax Forums.

You're right photolady, they are definitely not on PPG. I just looked at some of the photos there. Wow! Some great stuff on there. But I think there are some really fabulous pics here on the forum to rival theirs. I don't think my technique is on their level, I just love to play with my K-x! :-)

Just got 4 in, 3 landscapes and 1 wildlife. Still nothing premier worthy but I still thought they were better than a lot of stuff I see got let in, and I'm not even a big fan of my own work -.- Anyone who say my Door County post will likely recognize these.

And the one that got denied. It's nothing special, something about it just looked interesting to me with the lines and all.

Wow Dark Prince. The first and third ones are absolutely wonderful and the raptor is spot on. Nice acceptances and well deserved.

Thanks! I was hoping maybe the first or the eagle would get into premier but the first one looks slightly out of focus and there was nothing amazing about the eagle since it was just...sitting there

I was hoping it would take off or screech or something but I also didn't exactly feel like tempting fate by trying to make it fly away when it's half my height and has talons as long as our fingers lol.

Just re read my post a few hours later and I feel like I look like a pompous idiot haha! I don't think my stuff is anything great but sometimes you see a few on there and just wonder how they got up? I've had a few come through when doing some voting that are just flipping amazing and then the next one is just like a basic picture that doesn't really seem quite like it belongs there?
