Posted By: Buddha Jones, 12-27-2007, 11:50 AM

Hello all! I am going to make this a sticky post in hopes that I can get all of you who have submitted pictures to the Pentax Photo Gallery (PPG) and have had them accepted please post a couple of them here and please link back to your gallery so we can see your work. We have so many incredible photogs on this site I am curious to see what Pentax considers your best work.

Thanks!

2 more, 2 sunsets

I am generally not that good with sunsets but this time I got 2 accepted at the same time:

Liberty Sunset (K10D and Tamron 18-250)

Icy Sunset (K20D and DA*16-50)

Both are nice, but that Icy Sunset is a great capture. Both well deserved in the PPG.

Here is the link to my wee section of the PPG. I haven't submitted anything since they didn't accept this photo, which I think is one of my best.

This thread idea was very good. Great topic.

Concerning your photos LaRee, let me say that the "RAPTOR" one just took my breath away Can't take my eyes from it. Just beautiful. (can I ask the lens used to capture it ?)

Shooting with such quality is not for regular ones. Please keep sharing your work so we can try to improve ours having such examples to motivate/inspire.

Thanks

EDIT: I'm still watching the PPG. All of you have dream pictures there. They will serve me as inpiration and who knows, maybe in a few years with improvement I find myself there. Thanks for sharing.

Finally I received that I am Approved photographer of PPG, when I open my account I can see voting page and vote on some images. When I check my photos, I cant see any declined photos as well as when I search for photographer there is no my name, no images that I sent.

It will take a while for the photos you submit to be either accepted or declined. I don't believe your name will appear in the list of photographers until you have something accepted. You still should be able to see your submissions on your entry page. They will say something like "waiting for review" or something like that. It's been a long time since I submitted an entry to the ppg.
