Misc Gourmet Hamburger

Shot with my *istDL using a Pentax-F 35-70mm F3.5-4.5 and my AF200T flash bounced off a drywall ceiling.

Edited in both Digikam and Photoshop Elements. Printed at 16x20, 150dpi. Looks awesome on the restaurant wall.

Actually no. Angus for burgers is over-rated. It's a custom 85/15 grind we get from our butcher right next door.
