Splashing Swan
Lens: 55-300 Camera: K-r
Posted By: DeadJohn, 01-14-2012, 09:48 AM

I took this at the zoo during an exceptionally warm winter day around one year ago. The temperature was near 60F in the middle of February. This happened during a winter of record snowfall so it was a nice remedy for cabin fever.

Comments on composition, processing, etc. welcome. I cropped a bit; the original has more water around the edges.

Nice job on capturing the splash! I would have strengthened the colors and shown something more in the background, though.
