A little pic of my cat Carl. Taken with my Sigma 300/f2.8 and K-7. ISO set at 640, 1/4 sec at f4.5, with -0.7EV. Pretty happy with the result, but he did move more than once..

Hahaha, and it was raining outside so I couldn't take photos of flowers

Thanks again for the comments Folks, I still so pleased with the IQ even tho it was with a relativly high ISO (for the K-7) and such a slow shutter speed, 300mm and 1/4 of a second exposures usually end up in just great blurrs of fuzzy images, especially when it comes to anaimals.
