"The Party" Act 2 "Simply Newman"
Lens: Pentax 18-250 Camera: K5 Photo Location: Milford NH ISO: 1600
Posted By: charliezap, 01-16-2012, 04:54 PM

Everyone loves 10 year old "Newman". He jumps in your lap and seems to be your friend for life.Good thing that I was busy with all these "kodak moments"It took away from my merlot moments. The contrast in lighting in some shots was really intense but the K5 HDR mode really did a good job.--charliezap

Those are some great shots. We once had a cat that could be Newman's twin. He passed away a few years ago. Always like taking photos of the cats.

Charlie, the name reminds me of the Jerry Seinfeld show and his nemesis knocks at the door and Jerry answers saying "NEWMAN"! One of those you had to be there moments
You're working the filters on the K5 very well, I took a shot of a palm tree in IR, turned out OK. Keep them coming.

It always intrigued me how squirrels can chum with birds but no-no with cats.--charliezap

Nice images Charlie and good use of HDR but the non HDR turned out pretty good as well. You must be doing something right, Newman seems to be happy with his servants.
