A good start me thinks. If your trying to freeze action you may want ot bump the ISO up a bit. Have a look at the K-5 for sports-photography post as there is some great advice from a few people.

Any reason for the B&W?

Thanks

I kinda like B&W. I am fairly certain it's mostly because i'm pretty useless with both the in-camera color settings and the Lightroom post processing at the moment, but i hope i'll do better with colors in the future. This was mostly an experiment and practice using a manual lens on moving targets, as i've had big difficulties focusing with my M50. I know this is far from perfect focus, but i'm pretty happy about it anyway, those guys move around a lot

I'll look into that thread, thanks!

EDIT: I'm not too good with using available light either, these shots were made with ISO1100, and i wouldn't want to go any higher in case they turned out too grainy, but you're right, i probably should have Will try it out the next time!
