We have a few of these that hang around the place all day (lazy buggers) with a ready supply of food and a couple of guard dogs to keep the cats away I think they feel fairly comfortable.

The photos are actually in in order of the birds ages the first is a new season still carrying the baby feathers. Second is as yet with out a partner but only a few years old and in prime condition and the last two are obviously an old married couple.

I have to admit to being a little disappointed in the photos as posted as they are not even close to the sharpness and color of even my thumbnails.
Will have to work on the best way to post photos so they can be viewed in the detail I see on my screen.

The second two taken with the DA*300 are as would be expected very sharp. The first photo was taken hand held with my Tamron 18-250 zoom at the big end 250mm. I have to say I chose the lens when I first purchased my K20D and it was a great choice for an all rounder.
