Why don't they use Japanese manikins? I have the same model success as you. TFP

Japanese girls all want to look "western" and all Japanese love big round eyes as you can observe with the popular Japanese Anime & Manga literature/culture. Advertising plays to this desire, consequently the fashion, cosmetics and beauty industry advertises to this longing. Another interesting thing you will observe in Japan; Young Japanese girls are obsessed with the way their eyes look and nowhere else in the world have I seen more intense eye makeup and nowhere else will you see more false eye lashes being worn. False lashes are BIG business in Japan. Now you wonder why, don't you. Most Japanese girls are born with (very) short eye lashes and they don't like it. Every time I travel by public transport in Japanese cities it is not uncommon to see girls with small makeup mirrors in front of their faces rearranging their eye makeup or even put false lashes on with those special tools. They are so good at this not even severe train or bus movement will put them off.

Not a camera topic but I thought you might be interested.

What are we doing wrong mate? Every time I ask a young lady if she could pose for me I get the same answer - "Go away you dirty old man". If this goes on like this I need counselling.

greetings

+1. Too much NR makes the skin look a little plastic.

The white balance appears to be a bit off in this otherwise nice photo.

It's raining in Perth!?!

THIS IS THE END OF PENTAX!!!

It's been weird weather here too. We didn't see any snow in December, and previously it's always been a white Christmas.
