I visited an animal preserve once and was able to view a mountain lion up close, what captivating eyes they have. This is a wonderful photo of this big cat, TFS

Great shot! My wife hit one that ran in front of her car, terrible circumstances, but I was able to check the cat out up close, touch its paws and look at its teeth and such it was amazing, they are really interesting animals.

Thanks again for the comments. They are indeed impressive animals, and quite dangerous if encountered under bad circumstances in the wild.

Pickles, I'm sure some are kept as pets, albeit uncommon and certainly not my cup of tea.
