Out On a Limb
Lens: Bigma 50-500 Camera: K5 Photo Location: Texas ISO: 3200 Shutter Speed: 1/750s Aperture: F8

Otis wants me to start posting Squirrels again.....and only those shot with the K5, not some little "toy camera" like the x10. I tried to explain that some here don't like my Squirrels...and others even foolishly believe Squirrels can't talk. He advised that sometimes you just have to take a chance and go out on a limb...and even volunteered this little girly Squirrel to show me how it's done.....not that he was afraid to do it himself, we know Otis is afraid of nothing!

Regards! ( I almost forgot how to use the K5, I haven't used it in weeks and weeks!)

Through a dirty double pane window about 45 feet distance.......We'll do better next time! Thank you for posing "girly Squirrel", I know it was dangerous!

Finally back to the "nuts" and bolts of things, glad to see the squirrels back, almost everyone but a few love the photos and especially the narrative. Keep it up Rupert and we want a photo of Otis!!

Bob...I will get some Otis shots soon....he is sulking over the little x10, and feels that it is beneath his dignity to pose for anything but a Pentax DSLR and the Bigma. I'm charging up the K5 batteries, and will be back in the world of Squirrely Nuts soon.....Devil Squirrel permitting!
Best Regards!

Thanks guys....I may get Otis to pose this lovely afternoon with sunny skies and moderate temperature. Right now he is demanding that I put my little x10 out in the road, put a tail on it like a Raccoon, and run over it 11 times with my Jeep......He said the Devil Squirrel told him 11 is a Magic number.
Won't be happening, but I have a big sack of shelled pecans to bargain with.....if Mrs Rupert doesn't notice they are missing......

Regards!
