3 flycatchers from National Parks
Lens: Sigma 500/F4.5 + Pentax DA*300 Camera: Pentax K5

Went to 3 National Parks of Thailand last weekends, driving by my fren with the 1st destination of 500km from Bangkok, total >1500km on the road.

Amazing shots, Ken! The colours are great, as well as the sharpness.... Nothing to add.....

Wow - these are terrific. I haven't looked at many bird pics recently, but I'm sure glad I looked at these wonderful photos.

Very nice, I looked and looked at the Sigma 500 just didn't have the cash.
Your making me wish i would have taken out a loan.

Thanks Rupert, our this trip is quite badly planned, spending most of the time on travelling,as such I missed some rare birds. Supposed to have 10+ species of woddpeckers in one of the parks but I only captured 3 which I've already got last time. Got a 4th one but seriously backlight.

Thanks Terry, have you considerd the Sigma 150-500? It's few times cheaper but loses out in sharpness which can step down to bring the gap closer...
