Landscape High Country Winter

I went on another hike/shoeshoe in the high country today. We had some pretty good snow yesturday, so the mountains were VERY white. You just can't beat the high country after a fresh snow. It was dark and cloudy/foggy all day, but I think a few of these turned out ok

These were shot with my new (to me) Takumar 135mm F3.5 Preset, mostly at F11.

WOW! You sharpened, I can see that, but I'm generally speaking, speechless.
The second one is eye candy, along with the first and third. The gradations are almost MF.

Very nice. This is the only way I ever want to see that much snow. Love the lighting in these.

Thank you everyone. I wanted to test out the new lens, so I figured a hike in the high country was the best way to go about it

. From the pictures, you can see the lens works well, but it is hard NOT to take a good photo when you are out in these mountains.

When the day is cold and overcast like it was yesturday, it can feel almost like a dreamland at times, especially with the absolute quiet that takes over when snow is in the air. I tried to capture that in the first photo, hopefully it worked
