Gotcha looking ! While in Arenal at the Tabcon Hot Springs (will post some of those later what a place) we went up the hill so to speak for some ziplining. Now I have ziplined a few times , in Canada , Mexico and now Costa Rica. Have to admit this was by far the best. There were 8 runs , the longest being just over half a mile (780 meters) and with my size and good form I was approaching 90kmh.

I would think you might wonder what the hell am I doing going off of this platform, hope all the wires are tied in correctly at the poles. You got some great shots here Dave, I especially like the volcano. Is it dormant? Beautiful country for sure and with you and Susan posting travel photos it has been a great vacation for Terri and I viewing your adventures.

Hey Jim sorry buddy but hey we can do it in Golden (although I have done it there no where near as exciting - except climbing one of those towers in Golden was well - a challenge haha) - right after we survive the White Water Rafting (we are going this year - will Email ya the details gotta do it!)

Thanks Bob - I told the ladies those plastic helmets we had were more for body identification than protection as if one fell it was one hell of a long way down ha ! it's funny you ask if that Volcano is active - well the story is it erupted nightly for many many years and then in 2011 Karen and Dave planned a trip down there , Arenal Volcano got wind of that and has been inactive since (about 3 months before we were there last year). "They" really have no idea when it will be active again , but we missed it for sure - maybe next time we are there one can only hope. At least we got to see it all and that is a rare treat.
