Testing New lens
Posted By: lamented bovine, 02-16-2012, 04:45 AM

Scored new lens. Gave it a work out today. Shot were bracketed 5 exposures at 1/3. Did get some fare. This is the non HSM version.
Thanks for looking.
Cheers
Shane

The last one is the best. Just personal taste but I think lower the clarity and saturation of blues will make it look even better. HDRs tends to be super sharp looking which takes away some of the dreamy surreal feeling. But the clouds are great! My favourite object to shoot actually....

beautiful photos. They don't draw my eyes in, they practically suck them from my head. in a good way, of course.
Seriously, very nice work!

The sun refracting in the clouds on the last one is just spectacular.

Thankyou, I am reasonably constant with with my landscape shots, where I fallover is when I get into photoshop I tend to get greedy and over do it.
