Winter Bench's
Posted By: pentkon52, 01-03-2008, 04:01 PM

Took a drive around town and back up to a church I like to shoot yesterday.

Man i hate winter down here. Its damp, give me a Northern Ontario winter anyday.

Got a few i'll share here.

This one is of a bench in front of an old house at the corner of
Victora and Main Street here in town. It just struck me as a decent
winter scene. I converted it to B&W, using bwplus filters.

Interesting photo. I can assure you, you will get more response if you include the photo instead of having to follow the link off the site. I think I prefer the B&W nice job.

I like the scene and the B&W version looks great. But the focus seems to be sharper on the willow's top branches than the bench. It might be just the smaller image that appears that way, I'm not sure.

Thanks for the comment

If i can get the imbedded links to work properly,. I will do so.

So far of the 3-4 BB's i frequent, i have yet to get the imbedded links to work, so i revert to regular links.
Can't be that hard to click on them.

Thanks Peter.

I now notice that to in the B&W version. Not sure why, they are both the same size and sharpening.
