San Francisco Part 1
Posted By: slowpez, 02-22-2012, 06:42 AM

We were really surprised at how much we enjoyed California and San Francisco.
First we will see some of the surrounding area

We still have to go through wine country, a mission or two, and the city itself.

Susan, these are just amazing! What a beautiful landscape! I love the ocean, but were I live there is a loooong way to beaches and scenery like this! Thanks for posting and letting us follow on your journey!

Thanks for the beautiful photos of the outlining area, which for me is the safest to visit and you even got a photo of a jack rabbit
Warning: Do not take your rig into the city

Thanks all. Bob, we didn't even take our truck into the city. Took the Baylink ferry and that was the only way to go. Let us right off at Fisherman's Wharf. From there it was all uphill!!!!!

Amazing as usual Susan! You could be a travel photographer my friend! Is that rabbit on steroids? Holey moley he is a big'un and massively dwarfs out local bunnies round these parts. Class!

Thanks captainbert. Jackrabbits really look huge but a lot of it seems to be in those ears.

Outstanding shots yet again, Susan. Every time I go to California, I never want to come back.
