Love the shot of the cardinal. I need to pull out my Sigma 170-500 and watch the birds.

The wren is my favorite bird in the whole world and you got a great capture Rupert. The rest are good too it's just that I love that wren.

Very nice and crisp!

The loss of the cardinal's tail and the squirrel's hind feet is somewhat unfortunate.

I enjoy bird and flower shos a lot at this time of year. Around here there are NO flowers and just the usual hardy birds (ravens, chickadees, redpolls, and the occasional grosbeak). In general it is too darn chilly to hang around with a camera to try to catch them close enough for a shot.

What is really unfortunate is that a guy that has so many nice lenses and great bodies like the K5 still doesn't know much about photography or composition! I'm working on it and in a few more years I will get it right, or at my age be dead, and it won't matter!

Sorry I have not thanked you guys for the nice words...I have been unable to log in for a couple of days....my Password was forgotten and I couldn't get it...I wrongly just assumed I had been Banned...again!

So thank you all, I will try to remember my password and also try to stop cutting off tails and feet...it's a bad habit I have had for ages!

Best Regards!
Rupert
