Yup here is the selection that breaks so many heart! Oh, and we're currently missing about 5 lenses. Come here in May for about 9 more lenses and a few new bodies

Sweet I always meant to ask you Chirs do you have an online presence. Do you sell to foreigner's like Canadians eh ? Prices here still do not reflect the strength of our dollar more so our sparse population. Just curious .....

This is driving me nuts.

I've tried numerous times to view this page via Firefox and every time images from "farm3.static.flickr.com" hang fire and fail to display.

Just tried it on IE and they jumped onto the screen.

I've been deleting caches for hours now. On the advice of Flickr's help desk I have also disabled most extensions. I just now deleted the cache and the cookies. That seems to have done the trick.

Very nice. I wish I lived close enough to come by and see it. I've never seen anything that even approaches the display you have.

And here I was thinking you were posting shots of Jim King's collection. You should change the subject to "Midwest's largest collection of "for sale" Pentax" 'cause I'm pretty sure Jim's in the "midwest" and no-one has a collection as large as his!

Very impressive collection nonetheless!

It's not the size that matters; it's how many you can find time to mount.

Very nice display indeed!

In either of the two camera shops in my town Pentax covers a very tiny and inauspicious piece of real estate under a glass counter and jammed up next to the 'junk' and consignment sales. To help hide it more they usually have a colourful Canon or Nikon brochure spread out on top of the glass.

The reason Pentax sells so poorly (around here at least) is that retailers don't promote the products. Why should they, if they make 95% of their profit off the 'Big Two'? When customers come in the store they have two brand names in mind. It takes less effort to make a sale if the customer has made their mind up already on the Brand.

Hi James!

I hope all is well with you?

You can live through me vicariously instead... I'll be back the first week/weekend in May - promise to take some pics... just remind me.

Cheers,
Marc

Wow! Very nice gears ! Though I will stay away from camera stores for a while ! It's dangerous to come in and play with the gears . Thanks for sharing , Chris .
