Ok, here's my first try at posting an image...
EXIF- K10D, ISO 100, F5.6@1/180, 300 mm with a Sigma 70-300 APO macro. I wish now that I'd stopped it down a bit, but he was moving, and I need all the speed I could get. Let me know what you think...

Great capture and yeah it would have been advantageous to stop down, but you'd have to boost the ISO to 200 and you might have missed the shot trying to do all that.
