Abstract Mary in the shade

I like this Version of Mary, about one of a few that she is actual smiling. I chose ont to use a flash because I liked the way the shadows of the tree she is standing under is falling on her. This was also taken not long after I got my camera and still using kit lenses.

Not bad, but the shoulder is washed out. Using fill flash would been a good technique.
