More pond scum for your imagination and enjoyment.
The aerator in the campground pond pushes the residue to the edge of the water where the photos were taken.

That really is pretty interesting!

Dave, I think my subject matter for scum shots is improving, its not an easy job viewing the pond with a couple of beers and a lawn chair all day for that perfect scummy picture.

I didn't see it at first, best seen in the thumbnail image I think. It must take some time for these patterns evolve, I guess you have bad scum pond days as well as good ones!

the fun part of this is we see different things, but I was amazed at how many objects and figures could be seen or imagined in our minds.
