Green Patch

I like the way this pacth of green field shines trhough the trees. Comments?

Very nice composition, but too bright at the top for my taste. I'd either crop it or darken the top with shadow/highlight in Photoshop.

Here are two concept edits- it would have helped to have the pic in higer resolution, but I guess this works:





The first is just cropped, which the second has gone trough manual level and shadow/highlight edits.

Yeah I think cutting out the sky makes the trees appear more dense and so the opening is more "surprising".
