Very nice bloom and love the dark background, the only thing that let's it down for me is the flower to the upper right, kinda interfer's with the main focal point.

Yes, I love the black background too. And I do agree with SnappyChappy that the flower to the upper right was a bit 'intrusive.' It would have been better had this been a standalone flower. Ah well, just my 2 cents worth. Afterall, I'm not a professional photographer.

Regards.

The lighting on the main flower is so delicate and the colors are lovely. Too bad about the flower on the right. Have you tried cropping most of it out? A really lovely shot none-the-less.

thanks EM, I really liked the way this pair of flowers were growing so close to each other. I take so many individual flower photos, I thought this would be enjoyable to view as it is. Thank you for the kind words. Bob

Really love the bit of yellow there, Bob! So delicate against the rest of the white flower and black background! A really beautiful shot!

Thanks to all for taking a look and commenting. Like you said the main flower is very pretty/soft and that is what first attracted me. I have taken so many individual rose photos, I wanted to include these two together because they complemented each other. I did crop the larger flower on the right and tried to get my focus on the center one, giving the feeling of one rose flowing into the other. Thanks for the suggestions and giving thoughts, always appreciated. Bob

Very nice image. I like the way it stands out against the dark background. Is that a standard 50 or a macro?
