A friends mother asked me to take some photo's of her son and to try to get the de-saturated look she sees in magazines with Messi. This kids a freshman but looks like a senior. She was very pleased with the set.

Shot with 2 mono lights behind the subject and at 45's pointing to the arms. Another beauty dish with a speed light was placed in front of the subject to fill in the center shadow from the rim lights. And of course, photo-shop.....

Does have a kinda magazine feel to it, hope she liked the shot's.

I enjoy the images and I like the lighting but the first shot has a sort of dark/light halo around the subject (which you normally get from hdr) that soils the image a little for me.
