Great macro, Rense, as always!
The Panagor & the K5 are a great combination - and obviously in very capable hands!

I almost passed this by because the thumbnail didn't look very interesting. But then I figured, hey, Rense's stuff is always worth a look. And of course now I'm glad I looked. Very unusual and well done -- love the lighting and the almost monochrome palette.

Very nice shot Rense, looks like a spider or is it not? I have never seen one like it.

Very nice.
LightSpeed seal of approval.
Tho I would have shot it at a higher fstop.
I'm not so fond of the leg being cut off, but that's the break sometimes.
Still in all this is an unusual , nice image, worthy of this bump.

Wonderful play of light and shadow, and capture of his/her personality!
Just curious - what is the surface he/she is walking on?

Good question. Looks almost like birch bark or similar. It gave the shot a nice tone.

Thank you Norbert! Macro has become so much easiers with the K-5, due to the high ISO performance...
