I really like the last two. It is not always easy to capture snow or rain. You have done a nice job and good compositions as well.

Brrr. Snow. I can't believe that it's nearly 70 here in PA today!!!
Good pictures though!
Number 3 is the best. Excellent use of contrasting colors with the red hydrant and deep green trees. This shot grabbed my attention immediately.

Thanks for sharing these. Reminded me of my walk the other day around the street where I live. I snapped this one:

Then on closer examination found more to see. This is a 1:1 crop:

wherein I found some nice flakes.

Nice captures Kim. Especially like the mailboxes, can't really say why, but I keep going back to it. It seems so...peaceful...I guess would be a good word. And that poor kale plant in the first shot, it surely doesn't much care for the snow.

NaCl(it's 60 here in NYC, kinda ridiculous for January)H2O

The shot with the fire hydrant is great, I could see it as a Christmas Card (or some other winter theme card)..nice.

70!!!! in my dreams Paden..... My dad lives a couple hours north of me and he hasn't even seen 20 all week!! talk about BRRRR!!!!!! I wish I would of taken a couple of the hydrant. I dont like the one flake that is "fogging" out some of the picture... but live and learn.

Geez Salty, That does seem kind of warm for NYC.. ?? The mailbox picture has slowly become my favorite as well. It is very peaceful. atfirst I wasn't even going to PP it but then changed my mind. It is one that stays on the mind.....
