a Butterfly...
Lens: 50mm f/2.8 macro Camera: Kx Photo Location: Ehrenberg, AZ

visited our campground today. First I have seen other than a Skipper earlier in the week.

nice that you were able to get these Bob, like the 1st shot the best. I've spend some time chasing butterflys around and haven't been able to get a reasonable shot yet, nice colours in these ones.

These look good to me, Bob. I think I've only been able to catch one butterfly successfully - not an easy thing to do (at least for a klutz like me).

You have to really be fast on the trigger CC is what I found and there aren't many that have shown up yet. thanks, glad you like the shots and post one when you get it.

Wonderful images Bob! This little guy is very colourful. For some reason I like the middle one the most, but all are just lovely. Thank you for sharing

thank you for the verification Heinrich, that is what Terri thought, a "painted lady". I was happy to get a butterfly photo here and it was a little bit windy also, so turned out well for handheld. thanks Bob
