These are two early photos from running around and experimenting. I bought the body with the kit lens. Soon after, I picked up the FA 50mm 1.4. I am enjoying them both.

hey, i really love the 1st shot.. it has a real sinister and gothic feel to it... very nice capture, well done..i love the exposure and the gritty feeling it gives off..
the only thing that bothers me a bit is the fact that the centre line between the buildings is tilted and not straight., its a bit distracting.i also tend to think that the shot would be more impressive, without the railing dominating the shot. it takes away the emphasis on the laneway . is there any way you could re-shoot this photograph because it so much more potential..
