Here's the first landscape photo from my trip to Alberta.

I'll post some more tomorrow some time.

Here's most of my favorites from the trip.

mostly frozen over Cameron Falls, in Waterton Park.

Prince of Wales motel from a different view.

just down the road from the Bed and Breakfast.

it's almost hard to believe that I just walked 50 feet or so to change angles for this shot.

a snow fence was appealing to the eye

Beside the highway, somewhere around Banff National Park.

All beautiful photos Stu. The one with the house on the horizon caught my eye and the frozen waterfall. You have a knack of showing the different moods of the landscape trough your photos.

Cheers

Well done Stu - the scenery is well very scenic! I agree with James the mountain background with the deep blue sky and wagons are my favorite followed closely mind you by the falls. I saw some brown ground there looks like the lower elevations were spared the snow we have had up north.

Beautiful series Stu. Looks like you had a great trip. All excellent but I especially like the colours and contrast of 4 and 5.

I was surprised that Calgary didn't have any real snow, and just assumed that you guys didn't either Dave.
Good thing that I'm allowed to be wrong from time to time

Canmore had 4 inches or so.

Thanks Jim,

I'm looking forward to whenever I get a chance to develop the B&W medium format film and post those pictures.
It'll be my first attempt at actually doing the processing myself.
The photo shop owner thought that I should shoot off 1 more roll of film first, since it isn't worth the effort to just develop 15 pictures.
Bill is showing me hot to do the processing, and we'll be using his dark room for it.

Beautiful.
The 2 wagon shots and the last one just stand out brilliantly - never knew the sky could turn those colours!
