Another K10d samples...
Posted By: kjask, 12-27-2006, 11:44 AM

Hello everyone!
First of all, with some delay:
Merry Christmas to all and all the best in year that comes!

I have K10d for one week on test - just to warm it for my friend.. Yesterday I went to one small old town called Kamnik to make some test shots - and here they are.

I wanted to make test with kit lens 18-55 and with FA70-200, which I wanted to sell it.. but now I'm just thinking to keep it... I don't know - it's not so amazing, but it makes so natural colours with K10d... and the sharpness and bokeh is also quite good... I would be very pleased to hear your opinions...

And there is also one thing that I like with this great camera - the grip! You must try it if you haven't yet!! It's amazing!!

Lots of interesting and well composed shots. 2, 4, 5, 6, & 8 are my favorites.
Who is the young man with the great smile?
This looks like a place I would love to visit.
May the coming new year be good to you and yours.

And a very Merry Christmas to you!

You have a K10 on loan from a friend for a week? You lucky fellow.

Your images are great and the town is extraordinary. As Clarence said, I'd love to visit there. The Pentax lenses certainly didn't degrade the images at all.

If the young people are your family I'll say that you have a beautiful family.

Dan

They all look great. Clean images with great details. You are right about the natural colour coming out of the lenses.

Your family are all wearing their smile naturally too. Great photos

Merry Christmas to you also Kjask. Nice shots, and a very lovely town. In the first shot I really like how the sun is shining down in the distance. Thank you for sharing these with us. Is this a town in Slovenia?

Thanks to all!!
Yes, this is one small town in Slovenia and this is my family (only the daugther Anja is missing on this photos)
I will post some more photos from my country.. it is so small (it's about 2 hours to ride with the car across the longest part) but very interesting.. you will see!
or you can just take a quick look here...
For those who don't know where this tiny country is.. It's 2 hours with the car from Venice, Italy and 4 from Vienna, Austria...

Photodan, I gave two SLRs to my friend for this exchange..
It's just for one week - but it was enough one day for me...
I'll buy it before the spring comes.. with grip of course!
