I like nos. 2 and 5 best - something about that "in your face" portrait effect.
The cow is pretty amazing - my apologies if it's an ox or some other bovoid beast. Vermont, eh?

Very nice farm animal pics, you nailed the eyes, and goat eyes are kind of unique! I like the highland cow too, don't see them often.

Great portraits of congenial animals. I remember seeing highland cattle on one of the islands in northern Lake Champlain. They're almost primitive in appearance. Kind of expect mastodons to be round the corner when I see those cattle.

Thank you ramseybuckeye, we visit them often since they are just around the corner. Prior to visiting this farm, I had never seen a highland before and actually had mistaken it for an Ox.
