Center of attention
Lens: DA*16-50mm Camera: K-5 Photo Location: Leeuwarden, the Netherlands ISO: 400 Aperture: F3.5

On a slow news day I had to attend a dog show for some live radio 'reporting' and brought my camera with me. It was a street shooters Walhalla with a lots of people dressed to not only show their dog but also themselves. I didn't have al lot of time and this was the best one of the set.

Edit. I posted a wrong ISO number. This was ISO 3200.

I might suggest cropping out the empty chair which will put dog off-center. Otherwise pretty neat for ISO 3200.

Also, do I sense a bit HDR processing + BW ?

Thanks! I'll try that! I processed it in Color Efex with the Tonal Contrast filter and converted it to Black&White with Silver Efex.

Do dogs reflect their owners, or vice versa? Nice work with that awkward ISO.

Thanks! Well some owners were walking around in suit and tie and made sure the dogs looked the part to! Some noise reduction was used to get the photo to look like this.
