Asian Paradise Flycatcher
Lens: Sigma 500 /F4.5 Camera: Pentax K5 Photo Location: Thailand

Sharing this bird taken at Hala Bala of Southern Thailand.

This is the female bird. Lighting wasn't good, so has to bump up the iso to 2000.






Hatching the eggs.
As there's not much movement, this pic was shot at a longer exposure thus lower iso.

I love the last image - the perfect circle of the eye really jumps out of the picture.

As always, wonderful shots of birds. Being able to use the lower ISO really worked on the last one so it is a favorite but I like the first one a lot also.

Nice photos of a very interesting looking bird. I've never seen a color combination anything like that before.

very nice shot the ISO bump did not hurt this shot at all.
