Looks like he/she is about to sneeze
Had the opportunity to raise a Bengal/Sumatran mix Tiger in the 1970's. Quite the experience.

Nice Shot! Picture is a little over processed though, either over processed from a raw file or double processed by re-processing a jpeg file. (the transition from the left backside of subject is jagged and not smooth into the background)

Felines in general simply fascinate me. Such speed, raw power, agility and finesse all in one package.

You had to shoot through a checkered fence.

Photo is stunning, that cat is stunning, a real beauty.

Nice job, great picture

Hope it was a rescue and not intended as a pet. Some of the tigers in this sanctuary come from private homes where they were obtained as cute little kittens.

You are exactly correct, and eventually I'll post the reason why the image is overprocessed.

I'm with you. 99% of cats are absolutely beautiful creatures.

Thanks for the compliment. It was more than a "checkered" fence, it was heavy-duty galvanized chain link. It was not possible to get close enough to shoot through one of the openings. I'll eventually post the original so you can see why this image is over processed.

Sure Bob! I was planning it as a playmate for the kitty we're minding, a Siamese/tabby mix who weighs just over 7lb and has an opinion about everything (that's the talkative Siamese speaking).

By the way, Bob, I've been scanning some Death Valley slides from my last visit in 2000. Color stains have developed on some. I just posted one under "U" in the alphabet race thread.

I am not sure where that is, but will take a look through the threads, thanks Bob
