P-51 for fun
Camera: K5

I had an idea this morning and I think I got close to what I imaged the results would be. A bit of fun with the resources around the house.

That's cool! My dad used to build model warplanes and hang them with threads from the ceiling to create an aerial diorama. I'd be curious to know how you made this shot.

I used to do something similar as a kid but not this time, I used a stainless steel sheet and dragged that outside as the base (trying to get some sort of reflections of the sky). This model has one of those clear plastic stands, now this is a first for me as I don't photoshop my photos (I'm normally happy with any PP that can be done in Lightroom), but I used gimp to remove the models stand. I tried to angle the camera and the plane to hide the stand but couldn't get that to work, so gimp it was.
