How do you click at the same exact time as the flash ? Or is there another technique involved ?

I believe the standard technique is to use a very long exposure or bulb mode and heavily underexpose the image. Effectively you are trying to keep everything dark except the flash itself.

Thankis all! MSL is right. I have a home made wired remote that I use with my K200D in "B" bulb mode on a tripod. Also don't forget to cover the viewfinder to keep the exposure right. the first shot is composed of several stikes over about 10 to 15 sec.

Aha, I couldn't figure out the branching patterns of the lightning, but now it makes sense.
