Lightning from last night

I guess I should of gone to Ohio for the lightning storms instead of the desert. Awesome captures, man am I so jealous. Great job and thanks for the view. Bob

I have a home made wired remote that I use with my K200D in "B" bulb mode on a tripod. Also don't forget to cover the viewfinder to keep the exposure right. I open the shutter and wait for the flash then close the shutter. All these are done after dark so overexposure is not much of a problem. These were all done at F6.7 but I had a few that were way overexposed. I probably should have used F 8 or so. I had about 260 exposures with about 32 good bolts of lightning. It just takes patience and experimenting.
