Two Crosses
Lens: Samyang 8mm Camera: IR-converted K-7 Photo Location: Southampton,UK
Posted By: karma mechanic, 05-24-2012, 03:30 AM

Originally shot in landscape orientation on the 8mm, but turned round and cropped further since I liked that better in the end...
I've visited these crosses before, but I do prefer this new version.

Salut, John le Frog
You could try using a suitable filter first, to see whether the IR thing suits you. That's relatively cheap to get an R72 or similar filter in a moderate size. If you get the bug then that body would certainly convert without much trouble, depending on your experience. However, to use AF properly you need to go into debug mode and adjust it for IR, and I'm not sure debug mode is available on the K110D. Without that you'd be guessing.
