Bugs in the Wildflowers
Lens: pentax 100mm f4 macro Camera: K200 Photo Location: Mitchell Co. Ga.

Tiny bee, leaf hopper nymph, assassin bug, and a thin waist wasp or ichneumon fly.

These are great - my bugs never seem to sit still long enough for me to even see them.

Bob, I am using the ring flash, I can't get a decent shot without it. I also tried reversing a 50A 1.7 on the 100 macro, but can't get enough light working that close.

Following your threads, I can really tell a big difference when you use it, everything is better with the flash from clarity to color, textures etc.
