I posted these small, but gorgeous bird images a while ago. This is another attempt with the same Pentax FA*300/4.5 +Tamron 1.4X Pz-AF TC lens combo

About the first photo: Because of the colours and background, it almost looks like the photo has been taken using "selective colours".

That little blue guy is beautiful! Wish we had more cool birds like like that in my neck o' the woods. Mostly sparrows & robins up here. Nice pics!
