Nature Red Tailed Hawk's Nest

I found this nest last spring and sure enough the family has stayed in the area since and used it again this year for another clutch of eggs. Usually when I show up the parents circle me and scream so the babies stay low, but Mom and Dad were nowhere to be found this time so the young ones were able to watch me.

I always wondered where they nest. Looks like a poplar or aspen. Thanks for posting.

I think this is a cottonwood but you get the drift, now I just need to find out where the kestrels nest . .
