The Shanghai Wild Animal Park has an island solely for Lemurs, cages only for pregnant or nursing mothers, these were taken whilst walking amongst them.

A little TOO Close and TOO Personal for my taste
Nice set of shots and looks like it was an interesting experience.

Love the bokeh of this combination! The AF 1.7x once gain proves its the best teleconverter for Pentax.

Thank you MSK, DD and Selar !

Selar - whilst I agree with you on the AFA x1.7 (great TC) I didn't use it with this set, sorry I mistakenly added it to the info when opening the thread. The vast majority were taken with a naked DA*300, one or two with the Sigma 50-150. Yes, I was close !

Kevin, these photos are mesmerizing, the eyes just blow me away. When I paged down for the first shot I was stunned, WOW.

If I've seen better animal photography than this, I don't remember it. These are fabulous, Kevin.

Wonderful series Kevin. I really like the group in #11. That is how I have always pictured lemurs. The eyes in the first one are mesmerizing.

Love that last shot, well done. I like the first one too, with those big orange/brown eyes, but I was wishing you had just a tad more DOF so that his nose was in focus.
